I wanted to share my success story with all of you who have been so supportive during my journey!

After stopping hormonal birth control about 8 months ago, I started tracking my cycles using the SymptoThermal Method. The first couple of months were confusing as my body was adjusting, but with the help of this community and the courses on Ovulogy, I started to understand my patterns.

By the third month, I could clearly identify my fertile window, and by the sixth month of trying, we conceived! I'm now 8 weeks pregnant and so grateful for all the knowledge I've gained here.

For those still on their journey, here's what helped me:

  • Consistent temperature tracking every morning
  • Paying close attention to cervical fluid changes
  • Taking the "STM Foundations" course here on Ovulogy
  • Reducing stress through meditation and yoga
  • Improving my diet with more whole foods

Thank you all for your support and guidance. I'll be sticking around to continue learning and supporting others!

This is so inspiring! I'm in my fourth month of tracking and sometimes feel discouraged, but stories like yours remind me that it takes time to learn and for our bodies to adjust. Thank you for sharing the specific things that helped you - I'm going to try incorporating more stress reduction techniques.

Congratulations! I love hearing success stories. It's so helpful to see how the method works in real life. Would you mind sharing which specific diet changes you made? I'm trying to improve my nutrition to support my fertility as well.
